Terms of service

These are the rules of the service, in plain words. The contract you accept when you sign up spells them out in detail.

Your platform is yours: the software we build for your business and its information belong to your business. If you leave, you take it with you.
The way of working we use to build it is ours and is not part of what we deliver.
What you tell us about your business is confidential.
We build what your accepted quote says. Anything new is counted by functions and quoted before it is built.
Some pieces that are useful to many businesses (for example, a notifications system) are delivered without exclusivity and never carry your data.
We build it on our servers and it stays hosted there, as part of your monthly fee, unless you choose your own server. If you leave, you take your software and your data with you.
Your data is protected as described on the privacy page.
Payments are handled by Paddle, which issues the receipt; the purchase is also governed by Paddle’s terms.
The terms are shown in your language; if there were any differences, the Spanish version prevails.
