Pricing

You know the price before we start, based on what your map says needs to be built.

The price is counted by the functions of your software: the things it does for you, such as recording an order, sending a reminder or putting together the monthly report. Each one is simple, standard or complex. You are not charged per screen or per area.

What makes a function weigh more

simple

It stores and shows information about one thing, with no rules of its own. For example, a list of suppliers with their details.

standard

It also has rules, calculations, alerts or reports, or uses data from other functions of your software. For example, an order that updates the stock and warns you when something runs out.

complex

It connects to an outside system (a bank, your country’s official invoicing, another platform you already use), acts on its own across several steps or uses artificial intelligence. For example, reading the invoices that arrive by email and entering them.

From

To be confirmed in your quote.

You know it before we start: it comes from what your map says needs to be built.

The diagnosis of your business is free. So are the interview and the map of your business: you see them before you decide.

You pay through Paddle, in your currency and with your country’s taxes; Paddle issues your receipt. After the build there is a monthly fee that includes hosting, operation (fixes, backups, updates and support) and changes every month: its amount is to be confirmed in your quote.

Questions about the price

What is a function?

Something your software does for you: recording an order, sending a reminder or putting together the monthly report.

Why are you not charging per screen?

Because a function with many screens is still one thing your software does. What counts is its weight.

What if I want more later?

New things are counted the same way, by functions and their weight, and you know the price before they are built.
