You tell us about your business, we put together the map of your business, we ask what is missing, you learn the price, we build it in versions you see from the start and we leave it running with your data and your people. That is the whole journey.
Do I need to know about technology?
No. You just explain how your business works, in your own words.
How much of my time does it take?
Telling us about your business in an interview and then answering short questions from your phone: a few minutes, several times a week.
What is a function?
Something your software does for you: recording an order, sending a reminder or putting together the monthly report.
Where does my software live?
We host it for you as part of your monthly fee, with your domain, a secure connection, backups and monitoring. If you prefer, it runs on your own server, operated by us with a key you can take away.
What if I want to leave?
If you leave, you take your software and your data with you.
What if I want changes later?
You ask in your own words. Your monthly fee includes changes every month; new things are counted the same way, by functions, and you know the price before they are built.
Are the businesses in the examples real?
No: they are made-up businesses, to show what it looks like. Yours is built from what you tell us.
What happens to what I tell you?
It is confidential. Your documents are stored encrypted and deleted at the end; the details are on the privacy page.
